These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 3patty ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating the online gaming information and navigation platform accessible at https://3patty.cam.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Game content, including game titles, artwork and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and publishers. 3patty does not claim ownership over third-party game content displayed or referenced on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patty and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

3patty is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include, where available from the operator:
